Email, Exchange, OWA is stuck in Light mode

The Exchange 2010 OWA will only log into Light (non-premium) display.

From Outlook Web App Light, do the following:
  1. Click Options on the top right corner
  2. Click Accessibility on the left hand side (under Contacts)
  3. Ensure that the box for "Use the blind and low vision experience" is unchecked. If it was checked, please uncheck it and click save.
  4. Log out and log in again.
  5. OWA should now start in premium mode.
