Email, Exchange, OWA is stuck in Light mode
From Outlook Web App Light, do the following:
The Exchange 2010 OWA will only log into Light (non-premium) display.
- Click Options on the top right corner
- Click Accessibility on the left hand side (under Contacts)
- Ensure that the box for "Use the blind and low vision experience" is unchecked. If it was checked, please uncheck it and click save.
- Log out and log in again.
- OWA should now start in premium mode.
