Outlook disconnects, Outlook is extremely slow to switch calendars, continuous message "trying to connect to Exchange"

We recommend using "Cached Exchange mode" for Outlook on Windows, as it allows for a faster experience using Exchange, offline mailbox access, and a reduced load on the servers. To use cached Exchange mode, follow these steps:

Go to File
Select Account settings
Select Account settings (sub-menu)
Highlight your Exchange account (if not already selected) and click Change
Check the check box for "Use Cached Exchange Mode"
Click Next
Click Finish
