How do I create an email signature in Exchange 2010 via the OWA?

  1. Log in to https://webmail.illinois.edu/
  2. Click on Options > See All Options
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Enter your signature into the 'E-Mail Signature' pane to the right of settings.
  5. If you would like the signature to appear by default when composing a message, you can check the box labeled "Automatically include my signature on messages I send."
  6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
