Email, Exchange, Outlook, Viewing non-default shared calendars in Outlook 2011 for Mac

I received a calendaring sharing invitation from someone, but Outlook 2011 for Mac doesn't give me the option to add it to or view it in my client.

Invitations to shared calendar may appear with no links or buttons that allow you to add the calendar to your shared calendar list in Mac 2011 for Mac. If they have shared their main/default calendar, you can add it by going to Open Calendar and entering their name or email address. If they have shared other non-default calendars, they will appear under their name when using the arrow toggle next to their name in the shared calendar list. There are some specific settings that the sharer must enable in order for you to view a non-default calendar in Outlook 2011 for Mac. Please see for details.
