Who do I contact for U of I Box support?

Support for U of I Box is handled by each campus' helpdesk.  Contact information for each helpdesk is at: http://web.uillinois.edu/box/support.

Tier 2

  • Create Team Folders
  • Determine if customer has a personal or U of I Box account
  • Increase quota up to 100 GB
  • Escalate to Box Service Managers
  • Escalate to Box Support

Tier 3 - Box Campus Administrators

  • Single Sign On (SSO) issues
  • Account provisioning issues
  • Quota adjustments over 100 GB.

Check with a supervisor before escalating tickets beyond Tier 1.
