U of I Box, Invalid login credentials

Attempting to log into https://uofi.app.box.com, results in the error: "Invalid login credentials."

When logging in to U of I Box by providing your NetID and AD password, you may be shown an "Invalid login credentials" message.

This can mean two things:

1) This indicates that neither a managed or unmanaged account exists for your email address. Please verify you have a U of I Box account by accessing https://box-signup.uillinois.edu.  You will be prompted to create an account or shown a message indicating "You already have a U of I Box account."

2) This message may also indicate that an unmanaged, personal Box account may be associated with your email address.
Your unmanaged account can be accessed at https://app.box.com/login using your email address and Box.com password.
If you do not know that Box.com password, use the password reset function at https://app.box.com/login/reset.

Please contact the Technology Services Help Desk after regaining access to your personal account and ask to be invited to join the managed enterprise domain.
As a member of the managed enterprise domain, you can login with single sign-on via NetID and gain unlimited quota.
