U of I Box, Recover Deleted Files

Is it possible to recover files after they have been deleted?

Deleted items are stored in the Trash folder for 30 days before being deleted permanently.

To access the Trash:

  1. Log in to https://box.illinois.edu
  2. Click on your name in the upper-right
  3. Click Trash.
  4. Select Items I Deleted to view items you deleted in your own or a collaborator's folder. Select Items I Own to see deleted items which you own and have been deleted by collaborators.
