What if I am receiving an error messages when trying to access Nessie?
If you're receiving an error message during working hours or having technical problems with Nessie, please create a ticket.
For after hours technical problems with Nessie, please create a ticket for "AITS-Internal App Admin" and call
the on-call individual listed in the 'Internal Application Administration' section of the On-Call Duty for AITS .
