Banner - Already Have a Valid Enterprise Session
I am receiving the error message "Attention! You already have a valid enterprise session"
If you're receing an error message that you already have a valid enterprise session, typically this error message is a result of one of two things. Either your browser has cached a previous Enterprise session, or you are using an outdated favorite, shortcut or link.
First, try to work around this by navigating to the Enterprise application directly from the AITS application page (https://apps.uillinois.edu). All Enterprise applications can be found on this site.
If this does not work, you must clear your cookies and temporary internet files, close your browser, reopen your browser, and try again.If neither of these solutions works for you:
- Reboot your machine and try again.
If one browser is causing you trouble, try another browser.
Make sure you are not saving an icon on your desktop. This will not work. Navigate to the site via the https://apps.uillinois.edu page and save it as a favorite at that point.
