NESSIE, How to refer customers to NESSIE technical support or NESSIE Help Desk
The Technology Services Help Desk can assist with setting the password used to access NESSIE. Any other technical assistance should be referred to the University Human Resources Help Desk.
The customer cannot access NESSIE, or experiences errors when using NESSIE.
