Questions about billing for existing networks and equipment should be directed to the Technology Services Business Office by calling the Tech Services Help Desk at (217) 244-7000.
Questions about the cost for the installation of new physical network infrastructure such as network jacks and cabling should be submitted as a request to the Infrastructure Installation and Maintenance (CIMS) group. A unit's Pinnacle Department Manager should submit these requests via Pinnacle.
