Enterprise, Trouble logging in due to a locked account

I've been locked out of Banner / Enterprise.

Enterprise will lock you out for 10 minutes after too many failed login attempts. If you are locked out, you will need to wait 10 minutes to try again. If you are still getting locked out after several attempts, you may need to change your password.
