Guests, short-term guest accounts, password - Trouble logging in with guest ID and password
Guests are provided a login and password usually by the individual or department that is hosting them. If the login or password are not working, the person who created the account can verify the login name and reset the password. If you do not know who created your guest account, contact the CITES Help Desk at (217) 244-7000.
I have a guest account for VPN/Wireless access, however, I am getting an invalid login message when I try to log in.
If there is a full timer available they should be able to check who created it.
