Setting up a new ATLAS Scheduler instance

Setting up a new Scheduler instance requires specific tasks from several teams in ATLAS.

After meeting with the client and determining ATLAS Scheduler is an appropriate tool, the Service Manager will request the instance.

The following information is needed to fill out the form:  

* Client
* Desired URL
* Primary Client administrator
