Email, Spam Control, Releasing Legitimate Email from Quarantine

This page explains how to release a legitimate email message from the Quarantine.

If you see a message that looks like it might be legitimate, click the Release link next to the message. This will send the message to your mailbox for your review. (The message takes a few minutes to get to your mailbox.)

If you are sure the message is legitimate, click the Safelist link next to the message. This will release the message to your mailbox and add the sender's address to your Safe Senders List so that future emails are not identified as spam.

Please note that releasing and safelisting email messages will allow them to pass through CITES Spam Control. The messages can still be caught by other anti-spam software or filters installed on your computer or your email server.
