What if I have problems or questions concerning the CARLI (Voyager) system? What if I need to contact CARLI support

The CARLI support desk can be reached at the numbers below. 

The support desk is available:
  •  24/7/365 for technical problems.
  • After hours, (after 5 p.m. and on weekends and holidays), you will have the option of paging a tech support staff person to report a system outage or other serious problems.
  • 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for non technical problems (training and consulting) 
After 5 p.m. and on weekends and holidays emails should be sent to the address below. The problem or question will be handled the next business days.
