Skype for Business 2015 displays a blank/white window when transferring a call

We have found that this issue occurs when the following conditions are all true:
  • Operating System: Windows 7 (32- or 64-bit)
  • Display DPI is set to 125%
  • Windows Update KB3054791 is installed (included in June 2015 Windows Update)
  • Office 2013 is installed (32-bit, possibly 64-bit)

Our recommended fix is to set a custom DPI to 126%. This can be done by going to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display. Then select "Set custom text size (DPI)" (along the left navigation pane) and either type in "126" to the text box or use the sliding ruler. Windows may then prompt you to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
