TOAD - Password Reset/Account Locked

I need my password reset and/or my account is locked.

For password resets and locked accounts, please create a ticket with AITS Service Desk at servicedeskaits@uillinois.edu or call them at (217) 333- 3102 or (312) 996-4806 and they will create a ticket for you.  Please create the ticket for AITS-DBA.
