Banner - EPAY - Finance - Accounts Receivable - EBill - Password Problems/Reset - Authorized Site
If you are a Parent or Authorized Payer, you need to go to the website Authorized Payer Website to logon. If you do not know your password, please click Forgot Password. If you do not know your logon ID, please click Forgot Login Name. If you are not able to reset your password yourself, the student can log onto their site and reset it for you.
I cannot logon using the password I have for the Authorized Payers site. I cannot logon using the password I have for the Enterprise System/Banner.
The password setup guidelines for the 'Authorized Payers' site are:
- At least six characters long
- Must only use alpha and numeric character
- Be aware that the Login Name and Password are case sensitive.
If you are not able to reset your enterprise password, please give AITS Service Desk a call and they will reset it for you.
