Office 365, Repeated prompts to sign in
This repeated prompt is due to the OneDrive for Business account included with Office 365 not being completely set up. To resolve this issue:
This page provides the resolution to repeated prompts to sign in when trying to save a file in Office 365.
- Sign in to the Office 365 portal at http://office.illinois.edu/ using your email@example.com email address and your NetID password (note: do not use a Microsoft Account, such as @hotmail.com, @live.com, or @outlook.com).
- Click the tile for OneDrive.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete setup of your OneDrive for Business account.
- Your OneDrive for Business account should now be set up and you can save files in Word, Excel, etc. without repeated prompts.
