Webstore, Origin Pro installation is no longer licensed

I am getting an error message that my Origin Pro installation is no longer licensed. What should I do?

  1. Open Origin by right clicking and selecting Run as Administrator.
  2. Go to the Help Menu and select About Origin
  3. Click on License
  4. You may see a screen that says: Your license is valid. To obtain a new license file, select the License button below."
  5. Click on the License button.  
  6. Select Get a license file online now.  This computer has internet access. 
  7. This will take you to step 23 of the installation instructions.
