Webstore, Requesting a replacement for a damaged shipment

My software was damaged during shipping. My computer can't read the media I was shipped.

Customers who receive media that was damaged in shipping should email webstore@illinois.edu. If the media is damaged by you a replacement copy may be obtained if licensing permits. Contact us and we will determine if a replacement copy is an option.
