Webstore, How to access downloads for previous WebStore purchases

I need to reinstall software I purchased from the WebStore. How can I do this?

You may re-download most software applications you have previously purchased from the U of I WebStore. After you log in to the WebStore click on Order History. Click on the Order number. The download links and serial numbers, product key, and/or authorization codes are on this page.

If you can no longer log in to WebStore because you have left the University and your netID is no longer active, you do not have access to your downloads.
