Webstore, Purchase not Found In Order History

I’ve placed an order for software but cannot find it under My Order History. How do I access this purchase?

If you do not see the purchase under Order History, you might not have clicked the Place Order button during the purchase process. Please email us at webstore@illinois.edu to confirm that a purchase was made.
