Webstore, Order shipment not received

I ordered my product for shipment and have not received it. What should I do?

Email webstore@illinois.edu to notify us that you have not received your package.

For items shipped via the United States Postal Service we must wait three weeks before we can call a shipment lost. After that time, if the shipment has not been received, we can provide you a replacement copy.

For items shipped via campus mail we suggest you check with the Mail room or person responsible for distributing the mail in your building. We have found that sometimes packages have simply not been delivered to employees' offices. If the package cannot be located please let us know so we can arrange a replacement.
