NetID change, Enterprise ID mistmatch with NetID
My NetID doesn't match my Enterprise ID, how do I fix this?
It might be possible to merge your IDs to match the NetID you have. Please contact the Help Desk (email@example.com or 217-244-7000) and we will reach out to the identity management group to see that can be done. If that isn't possible and you still want the IDs to be the same you will need to select a new NetID.
If you have a Chicago NetID that you want deleted, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
