NetID change, Enterprise ID mismatch with NetID
My NetID doesn't match my Enterprise ID, how do I fix this?
If your netID and Enterprise ID are different, you can merge them to a single netID. Please contact the Technology Services Help Desk (email@example.com or 217-244-7000) to do so.
Note: If your netID contains a hyphen, you will need to change your netID to match your Enterprise ID or select a brand new one altogether. We cannot change an Enterprise ID to match a hyphenated netID.
