Email, Spam Control, Digest, Forbidden Error when attempting to modify options
Attempts to follow links in Spam Control digest messages result in a "Forbidden" error message.
Spam Control digest messages contain links to manage your settings. If after clicking on a link you see an error message that states your access is forbidden:
1. Ensure that the Spam Control digest is recent and not an older digest.
2. Clear the web browser's cache and cookies.
