EDDIE/Web Intelligence Rich Client - Error When Running a Report from EDDIE Inbox
Customer is getting an error message when trying to run a report from their EDDIE Inbox.
Some customers received the following error message when they try to run a report from their EDDIE Inbox.
"Your security profile does not include permission to refresh the document (Error: ERR_WIS_30253) (Error:INF)."
AITS - Decision Support recommends opening the report from another folder under your My Favorites folder within EDDIE. You can copy the report from your EDDIE Inbox by:
1) Right click on the report name.
2) Click Organize and then Copy.
3) Click My Favorites or create a new folder under My Favorites.
4) Right click in an open space within the My Favorites folder.
5) Click Organize and then Paste.
You should be able to run the report from My Favorites.
