Pinnacle, Exchange accounts for retirees
Retirees are allowed to keep their Exchange account. As such, these Exchange accounts are active services and will continue to be tracked in Pinnacle. To reduce confusion, the "Services All Services" report has been modified and now includes a column called "Retired". If the Retired column is blank, the Exchange account is assigned to an active employee. If the Retired column is populated with "Retired", the Exchange account is assigned to a retired employee.
