Password Manager, Customer steps after receiving password token

These are the steps to reset your password after receiving a password reset token. There are three options that are available to you when you visit the password manager. Please remember that as soon as you change your password you will need to also change any saved passwords on your desktop, laptop, or mobile device.


In order to perform the steps below, you must have received a password reset token.  Images below will guide you through the process.


1.  Recover the password token by the method you requested (text, email, or voice mail).

2.  Enter the token you received to proceed with Step 2.

3. Set your new password in Step 3.
