This article applies only to Faculty, Staff and Students of the College of Fine and Applied Arts (FAA).
FAA IT User Services is dedicated to providing excellent technical support and customer service to all of the College's departments and units.
- Set up and Connect:
Setup computers, software, printers, and network connections using industry best practices and following Campus guidelines.
- Recommend and Purchase:
Provide recommendations for your computers, peripherals, and software, and work with your business office to make purchases.
- Troubleshoot and Repair:
Provide support for Unified Communications, including Exchange email and calendaring configuration as well as Lync hardware and software setup.
Conduct virus and malware identification and removal.
Diagnose computer issues, whether the problem is hardware or software, and work to repair or replace it.
