Troubleshooting steps for iClickers in general assignment classrooms.
*Note: Classroom Technologies does not provide training for iClickers. For iClicker training, an instructor should fill out the CITL form at http://go.illinois.edu/citlconsultrequest or contact Rich Furr.
- Plug the base station into a USB port on the computer. Text should appear on the iClicker base if it is plugged in and ready. If no text appears, plug the iClicker base into another USB port.
- Close out the software. Unplug the USB drive and plug it back in. Restart the software. If this doesn't work, download the software from here: http://go.illinois.edu/iclickerdownload
- Press and hold the power button on the tower until the computer turns off. Then turn it on again and reload the software.
