UI New Hire - midPoint Error During NetID Claim
If you receive an error during the NetID claiming process, first try logging out of the UI New Hire system, wait 5-10 minutes, then try again. Sometimes there are data synchronization delays between the Banner enterprise system (where employee data is stored) and midPoint (the system behind the scenes that maintains NetIDs and passwords) that can cause this behavior.
What should I do when a new hire receives a midPoint error while creating and choosing a NetID
