Troubleshooting steps for instances when desktop icons do not load correctly on resident PCs in General Assignment classrooms.

If the classroom PC desktop is displaying no icons:

  • Try a hard restart of the PC

  • If the icons do display, but have Xs on them, it means that the program is unavailable or offline.
    • Try reloading the program (double click on the icon, if the X goes away, double click again to open)
