Illinois Compass 2g, Login problems on Blackboard Mobile App

Users that can log into Compass 2g on a desktop or laptop but cannot log in via a Blackboard Mobile App can follow these steps

- make sure the app is up to date by visiting the App store or Google Play Store
- reboot your mobile device
- if there is no update available, try uninstalling and re-installing the app
- make sure you select the correct institution: University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
- make sure you are logging in with the correct Username which is your NetID and not your @illinois.edu email address
- have another person try and log in with their credentials
