SFB Contact Center, Cannot Login to TouchPoint
If you are not fully logged into Skype for Business or Lync and try to use Touchpoint, you will be prompted for your login credentials.
You are an agent for the Contact Center, but you are having difficulties logging in.
If you try to enter credentials, you receive an error message like the one below (“Your computer does not have a telephone line associated with it. Contact your System Administrator.”).
Follow these steps, in order, to correct the issue:
- Close TouchPoint by clicking the "x" in the TouchPoint window.
- Open Skype for Business or Lync and sign in to it. Wait for Skype for Business or Lync to fully load and show presence for you and others.
- Re-open TouchPoint.
