SFB Contact Center, Cannot Login to TouchPoint
You are an agent for the Contact Center, but you are having difficulties logging in.
If you are not fully logged into Skype for Business and try to use Touchpoint, you will be prompted for your login credentials.
If you try to enter credentials, you receive an error message like the one below (“Your computer does not have a telephone line associated with it. Contact your System Administrator.”).
Follow these steps, in order, to correct the issue:
- Close TouchPoint by clicking the "x" in the TouchPoint window.
- Open Skype for Business and sign in to it. Wait for Skype for Business to fully load and show presence for you and others.
- Re-open TouchPoint.
If you continue to experience problems, make sure your Skype for Business account is working for receiving calls (have someone dial your phone number). If you need further help email firstname.lastname@example.org.
