SFB Contact Center, TouchPoint Post Installation Steps for Telephony Settings
To resolve this issue, follow these instructions:
After installing TouchPoint, you receive an error message stating your telephony settings are not configured.
1. Click Phone and Modem Settings.
2. In the Location Information box, type in your University area code, generally 217, then click OK.
3. In the Phone and Modem Settings box, click OK.
4. Open TouchPoint.
