Learn@Illinois Moodle - Student Unable to View Course Site
To access your course site, go to https://learn.illinois.edu. Log in with your NetID and Active Directory (AD) password. If you do not have a NetID and AD password, fill out the student help form. If you cannot log in with your NetID and AD password, contact Technology Services to reset your AD password.
Students will be automatically linked to course sites for courses in which they are officially enrolled.
In some cases, you can log in but cannot see your course listed. In that case:
- Make sure that your course is hosted on this site (Moodle). Your course may be on Compass or Lon-Capa instead.
- Verify with your instructor that the course has been made available to students.
- It can take up to 48 hours
for your course site to become available to you after you have officially registered.
If you need to have access to your course, please contact your instructor and ask them to enroll you in the course. If you are able to log in, have verified that your course is visible to students and hosted at https://learn.illinois.edu/, and you registered more than 48 hours ago, please fill out the student help form.
