SCCM, What information should I include in my help request to the SCCM team?
What information should IT Pros include in their help requests to the SCCM team?
A request to SCCM@uillinois.edu requesting help should include:
- Your name (if it's not already in your email realname field)
- Your group's name
- Your SCCM distribution point fully-qualified domain name
- the name of any SCCM objects that pertain to your question (e.g., collections, devices, etc)
- Details of your issue including relevant logs
