SCCM, How should I request that the service add specific software?

How can I get the SCCM service to offer particular programs to SCCM endpoint users?

Users should contact their IT Pros with the names of software they want to see added to the Software Center.

If the software is either free or Webstore provided content, IT Pros should first check the "Managed Applications" area of the admin console’s software library, to see if it is already available. If not, the IT Pro can request from the SCCM team that it be packaged. Custom content, or group-specific content, should be packaged by the IT Pros where possible. The SCCM team or the community can be reached for assistance if need be.
