Banner Self-Service - Error: There is no person record setup for your UIN
Usually this error indicates you are not a traditional student or faculty member with the university. You may need to use another application to accomplish your task. For instance, if you are trying to submit a payment to the university, see the link below to use the GAR payment system.
This error may appear if you try to access the Self-Service application and fall in one or more of these categories:
- International students affiliated with the Intensive English Institute (IEI)
- Visiting scholars
- You do not have a 9-digit UIN (University Identification Number)
If you fall in one of these categories and are trying to submit an online payment to the university, use the GAR Online Payment Center instead. You will not be able to access Self-Service. For more information, see:
