I am from a remote campus, how can I get password assistance?

For password assistance at Peoria or Rockford, contact your local UIC Phonebook (PB) Contact liaison.

If your password is expired or forgotten, the first step is always to try your self-service password recovery options by visiting: https://identity.uillinois.edu.

If that is unsuccessful and you need further assistance with your password, contact your department's Phonebook Contact liaison.  To locate the Phonebook Contact and REACH liaison(s) for your department, visit the following link:


Then follow these directions:
  1. Under the heading “Departments”, search for your department. (Click on a letter, or type in the department’s name.)
  2. If the search results display multiple listings, click on the one that matches the department you work for.
  3. Scroll toward the bottom of the page until you find the listing(s) for the “Phonebook Contact Person".
