Can someone help me change my password without me coming to the university?
UIC security policies prohibit the service desk from resetting passwords remotely. Please try to recover your password by visiting: https://identity.uillinois.edu/
Passwords cannot be changed remotely.
If your password is expired or forgotten and you don't have recovery options registered, an in-person visit to a C-Stop is your only option. Password resets are never made over the phone or through email. You must have your valid I-Card with you.
