TEM, Resource Page and Support

I'm having trouble with TEM and it isn't a password issue.

Please note that if you are off-campus trying to access TEM, you must use the CISCO AnyConnect VPN client available on https://webstore.illinois.edu/. The Split-Tunnel profile should work for most users, but if you have trouble accessing TEM, please try again using Tunnel-All. Please note, you must start the VPN before you open your browser to connect to TEM.

If you are still having trouble accessing TEM, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Quit your browser and ensure that all windows are closed.
  2. Start the VPN.
  3. Open your browser and navigate to TEM

Try this with another browser if you still fail to connect to TEM. If you do not have another browser on your computer, you can try restarting your computer and following the steps again.
