How can I make an Echo recording available/unavailable?

Instructors can make echo recordings unavailable by default and the system right now only does not allow changes using the Echo Center (like in the past).

Answer to client (instructors):

In order to make your recording available, you will to follow the next steps:

  1. Log in to echo360.uic.edulogin to Echo 360 using your NetId and password. Follow
  2. Go to the Echoes tab (you should be there by default)
  3. Find the specific recording (use the filters if needed)
  4. Underneath the filters, there are four little tabs "All" "Available" "Unavailable" and "Archived"
  5. Click on the "Unavailable", you'll see a list of the recordings that are currently marked as unavailable
  6. Place a checkmark next to the one you want to make available and scroll down to the bottom of the screen. There's a dropdown menu marked "actions"
  7. Click on actions and select "Make available"
