WebStore, Repeated Activation Prompts occur after installing Volume License version of 2016
This issue occurs if an OEM version of Office has been preinstalled on the system by the system manufacturer and has not been removed completely prior to installing the Volume License version of Office 2016. It only applies to Windows computers.

To resolve this problem, export the following registry keys and delete from computer.
- Close activation screen.
- On the Start menu, click Run.
- Type regedit, and then press Enter.
- Select the following key in the registry.
- Right-click the OEM value and click File>Export.
- Save the key
- Once the key is backed-up, click on Edit>Delete
- Repeat steps 4-7 with the following key
- Exit Registry Editor
