How do I get started using my Adobe Enterprise ID?
If you already have the Adobe Creative Cloud Apps installed you can simply Sign in with your Enterprise ID. If you need to install Adobe Creative Cloud Apps you can begin by referring to this WebStore informational offer. It includes a quick start guide and a link to a helpful article that will walk you through the Sign in process.
How many computers can I use my Adobe Enterprise ID with?
You may be signed into your Adobe Enterprise ID on up to two computers at a time.
Is my Adobe Enterprise account the same as the account I used for my Adobe Creative Cloud Home Use subscription?
No, these are two different accounts.
Who is eligible to be included in the Adobe Enterprise ID license.
In order to be included, you must be a University employee type A, B, C or H. Employee type D may be included on request. Please email a request to be provisioned an Adobe Enterprise ID to email@example.com (Retirees are not included)
What are my options if I do not qualify for an Adobe Enterprise ID through the University.
All Faculty, Staff, and Students can use Adobe applications on University-owned computers. The installation on University-owned computers will not expect you to sign in because they are already licensed with a serial number.
May I purchase the $5 Adobe Work at Home license or renewal offer.

Can I merge my personal Adobe ID with my Enterprise ID?
No, there is no way to merge the two accounts. You can move items saved in your Adobe Personal account and libraries to the Enterprise account by downloading them to your local computer and then once signed with your Enterprise ID and syncing them to the new account. What happens to my Adobe Enterprise ID when I leave the University?
After you separate from the University your account will be removed and the access to the software will end.
Is it possible to purchase a larger Adobe Creative Cloud Storage space?
No at this time you cannot purchase a larger Adobe Creative Cloud Storage space.
Can I buy fonts not included in the free Adobe Type kit or Adobe Stock?
No, the program does not allow us to enable purchases on the Adobe Enterprise accounts. There is a very good selection of free fonts included with the Adobe Enterprise Creative Cloud account.
Should I use my Adobe Enterprise ID for my Adobe software on my University-owned computer?
According to the licensing terms, you may use the account on your University-owned computers. You might not want to since you can only be signed in with your Adobe Enterprise ID on up to two computers.
How is the Adobe Enterprise ID software different from the Adobe site license software?
All of the Adobe software licenses at the University are part of the same contract. The installation files available from the Adobe Site License offer on Webstore are created with the serial number embedded in them. These are called Serialized license installations.
On the other hand, when you install the Adobe applications from Adobe.com or from the Creative Cloud Desktop app there is no serial number used and the software is licensed by your Adobe Enterprise ID. This is considered to be a Named User license installations.
Can I get a refund on the $5 offer I just bought?
The Adobe Creative Cloud Work at home subscriptions good for 12 months from the time you redeem the code. Since the $5 offer is such a good value and because we have no way to cancel these subscriptions WebStore will not be offering refunds for the offer.
