WebStore, Your license is due to expire on November 30, 2017...message on Adobe site serialized installation.
The Adobe Enterprise serial number used to create the installation package for your software is expiring on November 30, 2017.
If you are receiving this warning, the serial number on the serialized application installed on the computer needs to be updated.
**** Updated Information
Adobe has provided a tool to check the expiration of the enterprise serial number on the computer.
There are two solutions available.
1. Apply the serialization update file to the computer to reserialize the applications with the new Enterprise serial number. This is the quickest solution. The serialization update file is included in the downloads section of the Adobe Software Unit Use Site license offer from WebStore. The offer is available to University faculty and staff. If you already have this offer in your WebStore order history you can return there to download the file.
You must have Admin rights to apply this file. In Windows, right-click the serialization.exe and choose run as Administrator. This KB article 76557 will be helpful when applying this file to a Mac.
2. Download and install a new updated version of the Adobe application you are using. This solution will take more time and change the version of the software. All installation packages available for download now have been created with the new serial number. The newer version installation files are included in the downloads section of the Adobe Software Unit Use Site license offer from WebStore. The offer is available to University faculty and staff. If you already have this offer in your WebStore order history you can return there to download the file. If you do not find a newer version of your application then solution 1 applies.
