WebStore, Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise ID for UIC campus Staff

UIC campus staff Adobe Enterprise ID accounts will experience trial licenses and Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app trouble until the Adobe Enterprise sign-in process is fully implemented.

What occurs:    ****UPDATED INFORMATION, see WHAT CAN I DO NOW? below.

When a UIC staff member signs into Adobe.com or the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app, choosing Sign in with an Enterprise ID they will see that only trial licenses will be offered to them on Adobe.com. In addition, the Adobe Desktop App will fail to load application choices on the Apps tab and the progress indicator will just spin.

Why does this happen?:

This occurs because the Adobe Enterprise sign-in process has been not fully activated for your account yet.

What can I do now?:

Please order this free WebStore offer so we can activate your account.  After you place this order an automated process will activate your account within 1 business day or less. If you cannot order the offer from WebStore it means you no do meet the eligibility requirements for the offer. This FAQ will help answer other questions you might have about the Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise ID.

What else you should know:

The Adobe Enterprise ID is largely intended to replace the $5 Adobe Work at Home offer for Staff.  The Adobe Site offers for University-owned computers are still available. These installers can be used to install Adobe Applications on University-owned computers and no Sign-in is required.
