WebStore, Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise ID for UIC campus Staff

UIC campus staff Adobe Enterprise ID accounts will experience trial licenses and Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app trouble until the Adobe Enterprise sign-in process is fully implemented.

When a UIC staff member signs into Adobe.com or the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app, choosing Sign in with an Enterprise ID they will see that only trial licenses will be offered to them on Adobe.com. In addition, the Adobe Desktop App will fail to load application choices on the Apps tab and the progress indicator will just spin.

Why does this happen?:

This occurs because the Adobe Enterprise sign-in process has been not fully activated for your account yet.

What can I do now?:
